Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Calamba managing two sites. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR tasks, such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. They will also ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills
• Performance Management and Compliance knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in labor laws and HR policies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 5 years related managerial role
• Experience in Peza registered manufacturing company is a plus.
