Manage and coordinate all import and export documentation.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
Negotiate contracts with shipping and logistics providers.
Monitor shipment status and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain relationships with customs officials and stakeholders.
Prepare and analyze reports on shipping activities.
Assist in developing strategies to improve efficiency.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in import/export operations.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in customs declarations, strong written and verbal communication, keen attention to detail, and knowledge of export/import regulations.
Working Conditions: Office environment, potential travel for client meetings or trade shows.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and adaptability to fast-paced situations.
