Description

  • IT Service Desk Representative
  • Location: Quezon City
  • Shift: Dayshift/Nightshift (based on qualifications and experience)
  • We are looking for an IT Service Desk Representative to provide frontline technical support, troubleshoot system and software issues, and assist customers while ensuring high-quality service.

Requirements

  • At least six months of IT Service Desk/Help Desk experience (TSRs with six months of experience may apply!)
  • Experience in an IT Call Center or technical support environment
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Background in knowledge management (creating and maintaining knowledge content)
  • Excellent written communication and ability to work in a team setting
