2. Work Experience: Experience with exchange perpetual contracts and matching systems, with candidates having 5 years of work experience.

3. Java Fundamentals: Solid foundation in Java, familiar with Java multithreading, concurrency, and network communication.

4. Application Frameworks: Familiar with mainstream application frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring, Spring Cloud, and MyBatis.

5. Microservices Architecture: Experience in designing and building microservices architecture, familiar with Kafka.
