Description

JavaやSpringを中心にした、業務システムやWebサービスの開発をお任せします。ご経験に応じて、詳細設計～開発・テスト・保守まで幅広い工程に携わっていただきます。

SES（客先常駐）としての勤務となりますが、希望やスキルに応じて、長期安定案件・リモート併用・モダン環境等もご相談可能です。

チームで協力しながら設計から開発・テストまで幅広く携われるため、「スキルの幅を広げたい」「上流工程にもチャレンジしたい」方にぴったりの環境です！


＜主な業務内容＞

  • Java（Spring Boot）を使用したWebシステム開発
  • MyBatisまたはJPAによるデータベースアクセス実装
  • 詳細設計書の作成や修正、既存設計書の読解
  • 単体・結合テストの実施、テスト項目書の作成
  • チーム内でのコードレビュー・ドキュメント整備
  • 顧客やリーダーとの進捗・課題の共有（スキルに応じて）


Requirements

【必須】

  • JavaでのWebアプリケーション開発経験（目安：3年前後）
  • Spring FrameworkまたはSpring Bootの使用経験
  • SQLの基礎的な理解（SELECT / JOIN / トランザクションなど）


【歓迎】

  • 要件定義〜詳細設計など上流工程の経験
  • MyBatis / JPAなどのORM経験
  • チームでの開発経験
  • リーダーの経験
  • CI/CD、Docker等のモダン開発環境に関心がある方


Working Hours:

Fixed Schedule·09:00-18:00·年俸制（月給＝年俸÷12ヶ月・定期賞与無し）／昇給年1回（2025年度は全エンジニアが昇給しています）／平均残業時間：月10時間程度／固定残業代20時間含む

Full Two-Day Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Off)
