We are hiring 2 Technical Directors, age: 30-45 years, no gender or nationality restrictions, must be able to communicate in Chinese without barriers, and must be willing to relocate to the Philippines for employment.
Job Requirements
1) Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related major from an accredited institution;
2) Over 10 years of Java development experience, proficient in basic libraries such as multithreading, and familiar with technologies like distributed caching;
3) Over 5 years of architectural experience in the internet industry, familiar with microservices architecture, with K8s implementation experience preferred;
4) Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Java technology stack;
5) Mastery of popular distributed systems and their architectures such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Zookeeper, and ZeroMQ;
6) Knowledge of distributed open-source technologies including distributed transactions, distributed logging, and message queues (MQ);
7) Expertise in caching mechanisms, familiar with the design, application, and optimization of high-concurrency, high-performance distributed systems;
8) Proficient in databases including MySQL, NoSQL storage, HBase, Memcached, Redis, and MongoDB;
9) Familiar with Linux systems and proficient in various Linux commands and tools, with knowledge of shell scripting;
10) Experience in designing, developing, launching, and maintaining at least 2 large-scale systems from the ground up;
11) Experience in building technical teams of more than 50 people from scratch for at least 2 years, with a minimum of 3 years in a director role;
1) Proactively reserve technological advancements for the payment system, responsible for planning the technical roadmap and developing product technical solutions;
2) Responsible for system-level oversight of performance, availability, scalability, security, and elasticity;
3) Responsible for tackling technical challenges, conducting core technology research and resolution efforts, and solving various technical issues;
4) Involved in the technical architecture design of large-scale enterprise application systems and the architectural design of large-scale systems;
5) Responsible for establishing the technical framework, as well as the architecture and code template development for core functionalities;
6) Participate in departmental technical roadmap planning, exploring and researching new technologies, and applying them to specific products while organizing internal technical sharing sessions;
7) Responsible for team management within the technical department.
