Job Description:

• As the Technical Director, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the technical strategy of the exchange, leading and managing the entire technical team to ensure stable operation and ongoing optimization of the platform. You will work closely with departments such as product and operations to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and drive their implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a technical vision and development blueprint that aligns with the company's strategy.
• Lead and manage technical teams in engineering, DevOps, QA, etc., responsible for team building, performance management, and talent development.
• Oversee the architecture design, optimization, and evolution of large-scale internet applications and distributed systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of the systems.
• Gain a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency trading business processes and technical challenges, providing innovative technical solutions.
• Lead the selection of core technologies and the evolution of the technology stack to ensure technological leadership.
• Establish and improve technology research and development processes and standards to enhance development efficiency and quality.
• Work closely with product, operations, security, and other departments to ensure that technical solutions align closely with business requirements.
• Stay informed on industry technology trends and actively explore and apply new technologies.
• Manage technical risks and emergency responses to ensure stable platform operation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in technical research and development and management in the internet industry.

• Proficient in the Golang programming language, with a solid programming foundation and good coding standards.

• Deep understanding of the system architecture of large-scale internet applications, including microservices, distributed storage, caching, and message queues.

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps principles and practices.

• In-depth understanding and practical experience in designing and optimizing high-concurrency, high-performance, and highly available systems.

• Knowledge of network security, data security, and related concepts; candidates with an understanding of the security risks of cryptocurrency exchanges will be preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle high work pressure with good stress resistance.

• Good English communication skills, capable of fluent verbal and written communication.

• Strong interest and some understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology will be preferred.

• Open to remote work.
