Description
- Manage and arrange the permits required for technical operations and deliveries.
- Oversee the flow of the leasing section in terms of the mall and/or building.
- Scout for prospective spaces available for lease.
- Review and analyze lease proposals.
- Negotiate offer rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands.
- Ensure lessee satisfaction within the limits and conditions set by mall management and other related policies.
- Monitor and arrange lease spaces for renewal and/or non-renewal.
- Organize and file lease contracts.
Requirements
- Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Work experience is a plus, but not required.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
