  • Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift
  • Work Arrangement: Work on site


Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support and services to stakeholders, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
  • End-to-end contract lifecycle management: Contract drafting, redlining, Negotiation via playbooks, Key contract data abstraction, etc.
  • Assist with legal research, analysis, and the development of legal strategy and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of legal policies, processes, and best practices
  • Stay up to date with changes in the legal landscape and industry regulations


Requirements

  • Must be a law graduate (Juris doctor)
  • At least of 3 years of experience in a legal operations or similar role
  • With experience with legal technology and tools, and a willingness to continuously improve processes and workflows
  • Experience with a APTTUS or other allied tools would be an advantage
  • Must be open to work in BGC, Taguig
  • Must be amenable to work on graveyard shift and 100% onsite set-up.
