Description
- Evaluate and process loan applications.
- Assess borrower creditworthiness and financial history.
- Guide clients through the loan approval process.
- Explain loan options and terms clearly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending policies and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and real estate agents.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in sales or banking environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales, finance, client service, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, with potential client meetings; standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and customer-focused.
