We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Loan Sales and Account Associate with outstanding interpersonal skills to help us sell the services that our seafaring customers have grown to rely on. You will provide complete and appropriate financing solutions for every seafarer customer in order to boost revenue growth and profitability. You need to be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. This requires face-to-face engagements and is not an online or work from home employment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth knowledge of company's offerings and present, promote and sell these services to previous and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints, if any, to boost customer satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate marketing effort with team members and other departments
• Evaluate market’s potential, track loan releases and status reports, and monitor competitors

Requirements

Adequate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Social Media

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Friendly and Sociable Disposition

Highly motivated and target driven

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Personal integrity

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

New graduates are welcome

Sales or marketing experience is not required
