Description

  • Manage the Filipino dormitory area, handle daily dormitory move-in and move-out, provide daily supplies.
  • Clean and repair damaged facilities in accordance with company regulations, and connect with the landlord on-site to handle related monthly rent, water, electricity and network bills

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: No formal education required.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong planning and strategic planning skills, with expertise in inventory management and handling dormitory move-ins.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Overseeing logistics operations, managing inventory, and coordinating rent and electricity bill payments.
  • Working Conditions: Predominantly office-based with occasional on-site responsibilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills.
