Description
- Diagnose and repair various household appliances including refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate repair options clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
- Install new appliances and ensure proper functioning.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair preferred.
- Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in appliance repair.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in air conditioning repair, plumbing repair, and computer hardware troubleshooting; strong organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Diagnose and repair various household appliances, perform routine maintenance, and provide excellent customer service.
- Working Conditions: May require travel to client locations; availability for on-call repairs.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solver, good communication skills, and a dependable team player.
