Description
- Responsible for achieving sales target by handling and following through on in-store and field-activity sales inquiries.
- Receive and distribute customer documents.
- In charge of record keeping of inquiries, applications, customer information, customer documents requested or released.
- Ensure complete information gathering from credit applicants.
- Assigned in compiling client submitted documents.
- Process and expedite customer request and claims.
- Respond to customer queries on product and service offerings
- Others duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic marketing knowledge, strong communication, and creativity.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in promotional campaigns, social media management, and content creation.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, team player, adaptable, and eager to learn.
