Marketing Associate Responsibilities and Duties

Social Media Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create eye-catching graphics, videos, and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.
  • Write compelling captions and copy that align with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and interact with followers.

Facebook Ads & Digital Marketing:

  • Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze ad performance, adjust targeting, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes and best practices for ad boosting and audience targeting.

Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:

  • Develop and implement creative marketing ideas and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative ways to engage with customers online and offline.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies as needed.

Influencer & Public Relations (PR) Management:

  • Identify, collaborate, and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Negotiate influencer partnerships and oversee content collaborations to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Manage PR outreach and establish connections with media outlets for potential brand features.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies.
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities for brand growth and customer engagement.
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine marketing strategies.

Event Coordination & Brand Representation:

  • Assist in organizing promotional events, pop-ups, and marketing activations.
  • Represent the brand in events and collaborations to increase visibility.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and other vendors for marketing materials.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track social media metrics, ad performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving engagement and sales.
