- Lead and mentor the marketing team to execute brand and performance campaigns effectively.
- Oversee day-to-day marketing operations including social media, content creation, and influencer partnerships.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign results to drive improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure cohesive branding.
- Plan and manage promotions, product launches, and marketing events.
- Coordinate with external vendors, media, and creative partners.
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all marketing activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Lead, Supervisor, or equivalent role.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Solid background in digital marketing, social media strategy, and branding.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok, influencer platforms, and marketing tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
