Description

  • Analyze sales trends and customer preferences.
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Manage inventory, promote products, interact with customers, and analyze sales data.
  • Monitor inventory and identify opportunities for promotional displays.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in merchandising or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer relationship management, excellent communication skills, and sales management capabilities.
  • Working Conditions: Retail environment, may involve standing for long hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team.
