1. Responsible for the overall strategy formulation and execution of the company's SMS marketing, including promotional notifications, user activation, event reminders, and service notifications;

2. Plan and execute SMS marketing campaigns, track effectiveness, and continuously optimize to improve user conversion and retention rates;

3. Combine user profiles and behavioral data to segment users and develop refined SMS push strategies;

4. Responsible for the writing, review, and scheduling of SMS content, ensuring compliance and effectiveness;

5. Monitor key metrics such as SMS delivery success rate, arrival rate, and click-through rate, analyze data, and generate analytical reports;

6. Collaborate with relevant departments such as product, technology, and customer service to ensure the SMS delivery system is stable and efficient;

7. Research relevant regulations and policies in the SMS industry to ensure operations comply with national laws and platform standards;

8. Continuously monitor industry trends and excellent cases to explore new SMS operation models.

9. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, e-commerce, advertising and media, computer science, or related fields;

10. More than 1 year of experience in SMS operations or user operations; experience in e-commerce, internet, finance, or education industries is preferred;

11. Familiarity with SMS platforms, SMS channels, and carrier strategies, with experience using SMS systems;

12. Strong marketing planning and data analysis skills, able to adjust strategies based on data;

13. Good communication and coordination abilities, strong team collaboration awareness, and high execution capability;

14. Familiarity with SMS content compliance requirements and keen risk identification awareness;

15. Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools (such as SQL, Looker Studio, etc.) is preferred.

Additional advantages:

 Experience with marketing automation platforms (such as Tencent Qidian, Ronglian, Weimeng, Ucloud SMS platform, etc.);

 Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and tagging operations;

 Familiarity with multi-channel reach methods beyond SMS (such as WeChat, App Push, email, etc.).
