We are hiring for Night Shift roles. Applicants should have strong English reading, writing and comprehension skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to building a long-term career.

Our team operates in a hybrid office setup, providing the flexibility to work independently while being part of a supportive and highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend legal terminology and learn industry-specific jargon as needed.
• Efficiently follow standard operating procedures and perform core duties while carefully following client’s instructions.
• Conduct accurate analysis, data entry and reporting as needed. Depending on the campaign, tasks may include but are not limited to interpreting information from online portals and composing reports according to specific guidelines and procedures. Tasks may also include basic computation and data entry in spreadsheets and interacting with proprietary systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain or verify accurate data.
• Requesting and analyzing documents and other information as needed.
• Keeping an open line of communication with the team.
• Contact researchers or other stakeholders to request missing information, estimated completion time (ETAs), and work-related clarification.
• Update ETAs of overdue work on specified platforms.
• Create and maintain instructional documents for assigned areas.
• Effectively train new analysts in your areas of expertise.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a call center or non-voice agent, or in a similar role.
• Experience in data analysis preferred
• Must be proficient in reading and writing in the English language
• Outlook, Excel & various Microsoft Office programs experience preferred

Compensation package

• Php. 20,000.00 basic salary
• Campaign specific incentives (upon regularization)

Location

• Preferably residing near Ortigas Center, Pasig
