Description
- Support daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and track project schedules and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management and order processing.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in an operational or administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office; strong computer literacy; knowledge of compliance regulations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support daily operations, assist in compliance audits, maintain records, and prepare reports.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, typical business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
