Description

  • Provides orientation and training to all new on-board coordinator
  • Attend client meetings if neededChecking monthly reports like total external headcounts, attrition, and others
  • Oversees Operations DepartmentIn charge in overall hiring
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
  • Must be flexible to provide responses in escalated complaints received by coordinator/account supervisor/TA from clients and external employees
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the COO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • With experience in operations management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and resource
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
