Description
- Assist in daily operational tasks and processes.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain and update operational documentation.
- Support order processing.
- Help implement efficiency improvements and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Contribute to project management activities as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: Preferably with 1-3 years of relevant operational experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, strong project management skills, excellent customer service orientation, and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in day-to-day operations, coordinate projects, handle customer inquiries, and support team collaboration.
