Description

  • Process payroll for employees accurately and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
  • Maintain employee records and payroll processing systems.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Prepare reports for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with HR on employee-related matters.
  • Managing payroll calculations, ensuring compliance, and addressing employee inquiries.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in payroll processing or related areas.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll operations, computer literate, and knowledgeable in Microsoft Suite; familiarity with APAC and EMEA languages is a plus.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; possibility of overtime during peak payroll periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong analytical skills.
