Description
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handle inquiries related to payroll issues and discrepancies.
- Prepare reports related to payroll data for management.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data.
- Process employee payroll, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and handle payroll inquiries.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in payroll processing.
- Skills and Competencies: Computer literate with proficiency in payroll software, strong attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, regular office hours with occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: High level of discretion, reliability, strong organizational skills, and effective communication.
