Description

  • Entering product information into the e-commerce platform (name, description, price, photos, and other details).
  • Ensuring the uploaded data is accurate and meets company standards.
  • Updating product information in case of changes to prices, stock, or descriptions.
  • Removing products that are no longer available or relevant.
  • Ensuring that stock data on the e-commerce platform matches actual inventory.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse team for stock updates.
  • Ensuring product photos, descriptions, and specifications comply with brand guidelines.
  • Identifying and correcting errors in the uploaded data.
  • Generating regular reports on uploaded products, stock, and sales.
  • Providing recommendations for data improvement as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school/vocational school graduate, D3, or S1 (preferably in Administration, Accounting, or a related field).
  • At least 1 year of experience as an e-commerce administrator or data entry is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data processing.
  • Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or Shopify.
  • High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to handle large volumes of data.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Results-oriented with multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills, especially with related teams such as warehouse and marketing.
  • Proactive in finding solutions when data issues arise.
  • Stable internet access is required for remote work.
  • Willing to work with online systems and digital platforms.
