Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for demand research, planning, and implementation of trading platforms and financial derivatives businesses;
• Monitor industry trends of homogeneous products and identify core requirements;
• Collect user and internal company feedback, and continuously update and iterate products based on the company's business plans;
• Effectively communicate with R&D, testing, and operations departments to ensure comprehensive understanding of the product and facilitate product launch;
• Monitor product data, conduct analysis and statistics, continuously improve products, and address user pain points;

• Familiarity with the blockchain field, with a background in contract exchanges, including but not limited to ByBit, MEXC, OKEX, and KuCoin;
• Over 5 years of product management or related work experience, with a financial background required;
• Sensitivity to user experience, able to consider product design concepts from the user's perspective;
• Proficiency in requirement analysis methods and processes, with the ability to present product prototypes and write PRDs;
• Clear product vision, ability to grasp the overall product, and strong attention to detail in design;
• Strong work ethic and high resilience under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in successfully launching cryptocurrency-related products.
• Understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements, with the ability to integrate these requirements into product development.
• Experience in international product management, with knowledge of user needs and behavior patterns in different markets.
