Description
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage production schedules, resources, and team performance.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
- Proven track record of managing teams and production workflows.
- Experience with lean manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Background in budgeting, planning, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency with SAP system.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and supply chain logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
