Description
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Conduct regular inspections for safety and compliance
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
- Develop and implement property improvement plans
- Assist in budgeting and cost management
- Collaborate with other departments for operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in property management or engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in architectural design software, strong communication skills, and project management abilities.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits; may involve on-call duties.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem solver, team player, and adaptable to changing environments.
