Description

  • Design and develop psychological and educational assessments
  • Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate test reliability and validity
  • Collaborate with psychologists, educators, and researchers on test development
  • Interpret assessment data and prepare detailed reports
  • Ensure assessments comply with ethical and professional standards
  • Maintain and update psychometric databases and documentation
  • Provide training and support on the use of assessment tools
  • Stay current with advances in psychometric methods and technologies
  • Contribute to research projects related to measurement and evaluation
  • Advise stakeholders on the appropriate use of assessment results

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Psychometrics, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of psychometric theories and principles
  • Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, R, or SAS
  • Experience with test development and validation processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
  • Understanding of ethical guidelines in psychological testing
  • Experience in research design and data interpretation
