Description
- Assist in procurement activities and vendor management.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assist in negotiating terms and pricing with vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders and process invoices.
- Support the purchasing team in strategic sourcing initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or project coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in procurement software, and excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in procurement processes, maintain inventory records, and coordinate with vendors.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, team-oriented, and with a problem-solving mindset.
