Job Responsibilities:

1. Enhance user engagement and retention rates by implementing user growth strategies through data analysis and market research;

2. Plan and execute operational activities, including but not limited to user acquisition, retention, and transactions, to increase transaction volume and the number of transactions;

3. Monitor user behavior data, address and manage VIP user needs, and promptly resolve user issues;

4. Collaborate closely with product, technology, and marketing teams to improve product quality and user satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, computer science, or related fields;

2. More than two years of operational experience in trading-related products within the cryptocurrency industry, familiarity with contract or options trading is preferred;

3. Strong data analysis and user behavior analysis skills, with the ability to independently plan activities;

4. Entrepreneurial spirit, with good communication, learning, and adaptability skills;

5. Fluency in English is preferred.
