Description
- Manage project costs from inception to completion.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk analysis.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and financial status.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide advice on cost-saving measures and value engineering.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in AutoCAD, cost estimation, evaluation, quality management, measurement skills, and process improvements.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct cost analysis, prepare estimates, manage budgets, and ensure quality compliance.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with site visits; may require overtime for project deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communication skills, and team player.
