  • -Overseeing and scheduling lot/area/establishment

    • Requirements

  • -Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or related field
  • -Property management certification (eg. CPM,ARM) preferred
  • -Minimum of 1 yr experience in property management, with exposure to residential and commercial properties.
  • -Familiarity with property development processes and building permits.
  • -Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft office suite
