Description
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff.
- Maintain the reception area and manage office supplies.
- Handle mail and package deliveries efficiently.
- Provide administrative support as required.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
