Recruitment Coordinator (Japan Market)

  • 3 New headcounts
  • This position is only for candidates with offshore or local recruitment experience and with responsibility heavy on phone screening/outbound calling.
  • (HR Generalist/back office/data management experience is not encouraged to apply). Preferred applicants living within Metro Manila.

Recruitment Coordinator (Japan Market)


Job Overview:

  • This position will work closely with an experienced team of recruitment consultants based in Tokyo and provide recruitment services to well-known multinational companies.
  • This position requires tenacity and flexibility in attitude towards work (not a typical 9-to-5 job), the ability to work smart and communicate with professionals at different levels, and a willingness to work hard.
  • This position will enable and require one to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Targets in the form of new candidates and lead generation via headhunting activities that include intensive cold-calling, mass emailing tools, and web research.


Job Duties:

  • Familiarization with assigned sector and job requirements
  • Establishment of potential candidate sources via company research and contact with companies, recruiters, industry contacts, and professional and networking online sites
  • Evaluation of candidate ability and experience via verbal questions and CV review
  • Comparison of candidate qualifications against job requirements
  • Contact candidates via phone, e-mail, and professional and social networking online sites
  • Arrangement of meeting between candidates and Japan-based consultants for in-depth assessment
  • Formatting of candidate CV
  • Scheduling of candidate interviews with client companies
  • Maintenance of database and candidate tracker(s) / CRM
  • Continued training and skills update via recruitment training, seminars, webinars, self-learning, etc.


Additional information:

  • Established Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) in the Philippines
  • Offshore recruitment (Japanese market)
  • Regular business hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Requirements

  • Advanced-level written and spoken English skills
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a similar field, which includes:Recruitment Process Outsourcing BPO (outbound calling, sales, or customer service with upselling)Local recruitment focused on sourcing\ Insurance sales
  • Other work experience involving heavy outbound calling volume is also welcome
