Description
- Source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage job postings.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Psychology or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level candidates welcome.
