We are seeking a creative, analytical, and resourceful Marketing Manager to lead our international marketing initiatives from our Manila office. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to different countries and regions based on our company’s evolving global needs.


The first project will focus on digital marketing and brand promotion for cars from China, targeting the Middle East and Africa. Subsequent campaigns will include additional products and markets, including the United States.


This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing international marketing team and shape the global presence of a fast-growing company in the automotive and other export sectors.


  • Research and Strategy DevelopmentConduct in-depth market research to understand regional and cultural differences in buyer behavior.
  • Develop localized, data-driven marketing strategies tailored to various international regions (starting with the Middle East and Africa).
  • Create multi-channel marketing plans (digital, offline, events, B2B, and direct marketing) based on project and product needs.
  • Campaign ManagementLead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, SEO, email marketing).
  • Oversee content development, creative briefs, performance metrics, and campaign reporting.
  • Identify relevant platforms, media partners, and influencers for each target market.
  • Team Building and LeadershipRecruit, mentor, and manage a marketing team capable of supporting global initiatives.
  • Coordinate with design, content, social media, and analytics staff to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Product, Logistics) to align messaging and goals.
  • Brand Development & ExpansionBuild and maintain consistent global brand messaging while adapting for local relevance.
  • Guide product positioning, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.
  • Reporting & AnalyticsMonitor KPIs, ROI, and performance benchmarks across all regions.
  • Optimize campaigns based on analytics and market feedback.
  • Present regular updates and strategic proposals to the executive team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, expericence in an international or regional marketing is a plus.
  • Proven practical experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience managing or building a team is highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Experience in automotive or export-related industries is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working independently, in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
