Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage staff training and performance
- Ensure high-quality customer service
- Monitor inventory and order supplies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Prepare financial reports and budgets
- Collaborations with Kitchens and Sales team
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in restaurant operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, evening and weekend shifts required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, with a passion for food and hospitality.
