Data Management & Audits: Regularly review and maintain customer data accuracy, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies in Salesforce.
System Updates & Optimization: Support data updates, ensure account and product list accuracy, and enhance data integrity within Salesforce and other relevant systems.
Account Assignment Accuracy: Maintain precise account assignments for customer success teams and quarterly performance audits.
Reporting: Assist in generating regular and ad hoc reports to track performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to leadership and other departments.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in sales/customer success operations, sales/customer success analysis, or a related field.
Familiarity with commercial processes and metrics.
Proficiency in Salesforce, with the ability to generate advanced reports.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
