The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail orientated First Line Sales Support analyst to join our dynamic Sales Effectiveness Team. This role will serve as the initial point of contact for our sales representatives and our wider sales organization providing essential support to our sales representatives and ensuring smooth operations within our Salesforce system. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to learn and understand our ticketing system and processes.
You're Great At
- Acquiring advanced job skills, including a deep understanding of processes, tools, and systems related to Salesforce and ticketing system.
- Demonstrating a strong knowledge of the company's policies, procedures, and the Opentext product portfolio.
- Developing cross-functional expertise in the end-to-end selling cycle process.
- Providing exceptional support to the sales team, acting as the key point of contact for issues with Salesforce data and processes.
- Reviewing and escalating system issues that can’t be resolved, ensuring follow up with the relevant IT teams for resolution.
- Anticipating and addressing questions and issues, proposing long-term solutions, and providing technical consultancy.
- Collaborating with other functions and teams to increase speed and accuracy and actively participating in UAT activities.
What It Takes
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Fluent English knowledge and excellent communication skills, including questioning and listening.
- Customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outputs.
- Ability to work independently with limited external help.
- Continuous improvement mindset, always seeking opportunities to enhance processes and performance.
