Deliverables

• Conduct technical site survey or other related activities (e.g. joint staking, on-site inspection, validation) and ensure accuracy in obtaining vital RF Details

• Propose RF antenna strategy to meet the intended target coverage objectives

• Perform signal test to obtain existing coverage and serving cell ID on the proposed locations

• Test the performance of existing wireless networks and troubleshoot network issues

• Use computer software to design RF installations for new wireless networks

• Manage vendors in terms of design compliance, standard and timely project delivery

• Ensure regulatory standards are met

• Review and approval of technical site survey report (TSSR) & detailed drawing designs (DDD)

• Ensure all site trackers, repository and project tools are updated on a regular basis or as required

• Attend meetings with client and vendor partners on a regular basis to report latest status and ensure completion of site deliverables

• Provide performance analysis reports and other necessary data related to wireless access engineering

• Administrative works

• Coordination with various internal and external domains for alignment, validation and/or for any issues or concerns

• Support site acceptance and operations turn over

ADHOC

• Any related BAU tasks that the Project Lead/Team Lead requires

Job Qualifications

1. Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE).

2. Minimum of 1 year experience in telecom industry or in the same field

3. Basic knowledge in wireless technologies (2G/3G/LTE/5G NR)

4. Knowledge in RF hardware systems and testing equipment is an advantage

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platforms

6. With experience in vendor/subcon management

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

8. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

9. Ability to travel and do field works when required
