Description
- Design and implement creative visual displays to enhance product visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align visual strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior to optimize store layout and merchandising.
- Maintain brand consistency across all displays and promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust merchandise presentation accordingly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in marketing, merchandising, inventory management, and sales training. Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage product displays, optimize sales strategies, and conduct inventory audits.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment, with flexible hours, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, detail-oriented, proactive, and creative.
