Description

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales meeting, proposals, and quotation.
  • Generate and follow up on sales quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and System tools.
  • Track and follow up on sales leads and pipeline status with the sales team.


B2B Client Acquisition Assistance

  • Conduct research on potential B2B clients using platforms like LinkedIn, directories, and industry networks.
  • Assist in cold outreach campaigns (email or calls) under the supervision of the sales team.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or calls between sales executives and clients.
  • Assist in preparing customized proposals or product offerings tailored to B2B clients.


Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming sales-related inquiries (email, phone, website) and redirect as appropriate.
  • Ensure documentation such as purchase orders, quotations, and invoices are complete and filed properly.
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly sales reports.
  • Help coordinate logistics for client visits, demos, or sales events.


Interdepartmental Coordination

  • Liaise with logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth processing of client orders and requests.
  • Follow up with other departments to confirm stock availability, delivery timelines, and payment updates.


Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client communications.
  • Follow up with clients after quotations are sent to provide clarifications or confirm interest.
  • Support client onboarding processes and documentation.
