A Glimpse into Your New Role
In this position, you will play a key role in researching prospects and customers, finding innovative ways to engage with them to drive sales. You’ll initiate the sales process, schedule appointments, and perform outbound calls to promote our products and services. Your ability to effectively communicate the value of our IT Management Platform will be essential in securing trial evaluations and converting them into annual agreements. You will manage sales opportunities through various pipeline stages, ensuring that customer needs are addressed promptly while achieving sales goals for new partner agreements.
- Conduct research and outreach to prospects, schedule appointments, and perform outbound calls to promote products and services.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of customer information, ensuring effective communication of our IT Management Platform's value.
- Deliver high-level sales presentations to small business owners and secure trial evaluations that convert to long-term agreements.
- Manage sales opportunities through the pipeline stages, refer inquiries to appropriate departments, and achieve sales goals for new partner agreements while staying updated on product offerings.
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant experience in presenting to North American prospects.
- Solid background in outbound sales
- Business to business (B2B) experience is preferred
- Remarkably energetic and motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Above average objection handling abilities
- Highly adaptable and persistent
- Strong work-ethic and a positive attitude along with a desire to learn.
