The Role 

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (based in the Philippines to work within the US timezone). As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by qualifying inbound leads, booking demos, and generating outbound opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with leads, assessing their needs, and scheduling demos to help drive revenue growth in our target market.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Not mandatory. Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in software sales technology solutions is a plus. 
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong customer orientation with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs. 
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive, driven, and highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. 
  • US Timezone Availability: Flexibility to work within the US timezone to accommodate demo appointments and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Inbound Lead Qualification: Respond promptly to inbound leads via email, phone calls, and live chat, and qualify them based on predefined criteria. 
  • Demo Booking: Schedule product demos for qualified leads with our Account Executive, ensuring a smooth handover of information and expectations. 
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and emailing, to generate new leads and opportunities within the US market. 
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads by providing relevant information, answering questions, and addressing concerns to move them through the sales funnel. 
  • Pipeline Management: Keep accurate records of lead interactions and updates in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and effective pipeline management. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead qualification criteria, messaging, and campaign strategies.
