Description

●      Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals.

●      Develop tailored solutions that meet client needs while aligning with company profitability goals.

●      Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients.

●      Develop ‘’New’’ customers independently as part of a growth strategy.

●      Acquire leads as potential clients/customers through self initiated efforts and strategies while aligning with company policies and procedures

●      Complete accreditation processes with minimal assistance from other teams or departments

●      Interpret and analyze technical documents, including shop drawings, specifications, and tender data sheets.

●      Assist clients in identifying suitable product solutions based on their technical requirements.

●      Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions when necessary.

●      Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, manufacturing teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

●      Work closely with cross-functional departments to anticipate and mitigate potential issues or delays.

●      Ensure all documentation is properly filed, traceable, and available for internal or client review if needed.

Requirements

●       Communicate effectively using different channels with teammates, customers, line supervisors and affiliates

●       Ability to discuss technical needs with clients

●      Presentation skills; deliver presentations to clients/customers

●      Ability to present sales quotas, forecast and targets

●       Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

●       Able to identify and resolve issues related to sales processes and customer inquiries

●      Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision

●      Critical and analytical thinking

●      Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PDF, PPT, Word)

●      Valid Driver’s License (Restriction Code B)
