Description

  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of insurance policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all policy transactions and client information.
  • Generate and analyze reports on policy performance and sales metrics.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy status and issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and enhance customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required. Preferably in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Residing in Cebu City
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
