Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales support or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills; proficiency in CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated, adaptable, team player with a positive attitude.
