- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Assist in sales activities, support clients, and manage accounts.
- Identify new sales opportunities and lead generation
- Present product features and benefits to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Conduct market research to stay competitive
- Provide feedback to the marketing team
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales support or related roles preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with some travel to client locations.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team player.
