Description
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle: This includes both indoor and outdoor areas, as well as parking lots and surrounding grounds.
- Monitor security systems: This may include CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.
- Respond to incidents: This includes responding to alarms, suspicious activity, and emergencies.
- Enforce company policies: This includes enforcing rules regarding access, parking, and behavior.
- Write reports: This includes documenting incidents, observations, and other relevant information.
- Control crowds: This may include managing crowds at events or during emergencies.
- Provide customer service: This includes answering questions, providing directions, and assisting with other needs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor: This includes dressing appropriately and being courteous to all individuals.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations: This includes using proper safety equipment and following established protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid security guard license (where required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods.
- Knowledge of basic security procedures.
